I wonder how many college students feel this loneliness, it’s bad! I’m Marissa, I’m 21, and I recently transferred to the University of South Dakota here in my hometown Sioux Falls, South Dakota to save some money. So, I’m a commuter for the next two years of my schooling, which is probably one of the biggest reasons it’s so hard to meet people here. I just come to campus for classes and leave right after. You know, I guess that’s also partially my fault, I really should make more of a conscious effort to stay there and mingle. By the end of the day though, I just want to pack up and go back home, I’m really just an introvert lol!
So this is my attempt to put myself out there haha! I’m a transgender lady so sometimes, there are spaces where I am still not accepted or treated differently even subconsciously, so I’m giving this whole online thing a go to disclose that BEFORE we meet. I’m on here to meet a nice, patient guy that will be an excuse to get me out of my house for something that isn’t school or work related. I’m not a fan of huge, crowded spaces so smaller dates like coffee shops or bookstores, picnics and famer’s markets are my jam! I’m hoping you’re into that stuff too, I tend to mesh well with soft-nature people. Dm me and let’s plan to hang out some time!
