If the worst that can happen to me is having bad hair days, then it must mean that I am finally at a comfy place in my life. Having unruly hair is almost a given when being 38 years old Indian (and I mean from India, just so we’re clear). I still have to master the whole longer hair care ritual 💁🏾♀️. But I’ll get there. It should be way easier than getting my dream job here in Houston, Texas with a name like Charvi. So far, it’s been good here. I had my reservation, you know with what you hear on the news about Texas, but I must admit that Houston has been great so far. Granted that I don’t usually advertise that I am a transwoman. I am daring to surf on my joyous moment to try and find a man.
I figured that I’d have to put myself out there if I want to meet someone. And not necesserally an India man. I am interested in a kindhearted and progressive person who will understand me and love me for who I am. I am not the most outgoing person too, so I don’t see myself being with a life of the party or too exuberant person either. We’d just clash. Far from me to sound too typical, but I happen to be a great cook and I’d love to make you discover or at least to make you indulge in Indian cuisine. I live in Midtown in a pretty nice apartment too if I dare so say so. You might get to see it soon enough. But first, you get to send me a DM.
