As a southerner, winter used to be my most hated season after I moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was mostly because I didn’t really know how to dress for it. But now that I’m 28 and have been here for about 2 years now, I have the wardrobe to be fashionable despite the weather! I always have to dress up for work, as I am a reporter so, it was vital not only for my personal life, but for work too! I’m Raquel, and I’m a transfem reporter living in West Philly. Despite my job, I am a major introvert but, I know how to flip the switch and get business done! I am a very straightforward person that isn’t afraid to share my thoughts and opinions on anything.
Now that I’m fully settled in the city, I want to see what the queer dating scene is like here, see if anybody catches my interest! I’m not looking for a committed relationship of any kind at the moment, just window shopping for now haha!! I just want to have fun, meet new people, and explore the city with a kind, open-minded man.
